...this too shall pass

Living in the frozen time,
Seeing moments pass by
Slicing through the salt crystals
Where tears went dry.

Blowing through the sandpipe
Is a ghastly wind of time
Resigns another day by shore
But the void won't sublime.

And this too shall pass, I know,
Like I'd crossed
So many deaths unnoticed
Many a dreams tossed.

When bare darkness stiffens mind
Spanning beyond nights,
Sunlight bears a whole new meaning
In blind's innersight.

... This too shall pass in the breeze
Though the grains might remain
Still the way ahead is far too stretched
Where you'll walk again!
