Elvis Presley got a 'C' in music in school, never learned music from anyone formally, failed more than one auditions, was told that he could not sing, was suggested by a local band leader to continue his profession as a truck driver "because you're never going to make it as a singer", gave an evening of continuous flop performances before taping his first song (impromptu) later that night.

The world today knows him as the "King of Rock n Roll" or just "The King".

P.S. We don't follow the good souls from the gospels, but we atleast think of them to realize even goodness prevails and is worth it. Stories don't inspire us to start put ourselves into that, but teaches us to remember it when we are down and lost.
