Dear myself,
It's time that I have another conversation with you. And yes, there is no closed book whose pages will bear the witness of what I ever told to you. It's out there, and it's out there for everyone.
Are you scared, my dear? I am not talking about the kind of fear that makes you close your eyes and cuddle in your bed sheet and repose in a deep sleep, but I am talking about the kind of fear that doesn't let you stay asleep. That makes you wake up without any alarm at the strike of the moment when you think you deserve not rest any more. I am talking about the kind of fear that numbs rest of your mind, heart, soul and body, and drives every single drop of your energy towards the fear, every ounce of your blood flows towards the direction of that fear.
That fear, my dear, is called your dream, or rather the fear that you might as well die without ever living your drea,. And I am glad that you are finally afraid!
You have managed to successfully bypass this fear so far, such enormous was your trepidation, but I can today claim with conceit that you are no coward. Each one of us gets afraid, but acknowledging your deepest fear, and still moving ahead is what it takes, and what is called courage. With courage, comes focus, and that is when every particle of your body revolves around the courage to fight your fear.
I read this everyday while entering my office from the frame by the door -
"If your dreams don't scare you, you are not dreaming big enough".
You and I today, stand together to state this -
"If you are not afraid of your dreams, you will never know how courageous you actually are".
Be scared, be alive!
